We’re a 5th-generation family farm that’s been in the Wallace family for over 100 years. We incorporate family values into our beef production and aim to continue our legacy of breeding and raising our cattle on hormone- and antibiotic-free diets for the most tender, juicy and flavorful beef products you’ll find in the Midwest.

We produce quality all-natural Angus beef from cattle born and raised right here on our farm. Our herd of 150 cattle roam free on 250 acres of grass and woods in northeast Missouri. Our cattle are raised on hormone and antibiotic free diets and are finished on corn we grow ourselves. Resulting in an ideal recipe for beautifully marbled, tender, juicy, and flavorful beef.
